Why hire a contractor who employs UBC millwrights? What makes UBC millwrights different? Dont union millwrights cost more? My projects are everywhere. Are UBC millwrights available? Will slowdowns or jurisdictional disputes slow the work? What if I hire other non-union subcontractors? What if a millwrights performance doesnt meet my standards? Will the union try to manage my job? Seems like a new approach for a union. Why the change? Why should I trust the new UBC? What is the Customer Bill of Rights? How does a project agreement work? Why are you willing to work with project agreements? What if my project has special requirements? Do union contractors have access to training? What about specialty training? Does training only occur at a training center? What about foreman and supervisor training? Why the big push for training? This doesnt sound like the union I know.
