Why hire UBC millwrights? Don’t union millwrights cost more? Are UBC millwrights available anywhere? Will slowdowns or jurisdictional disputes slow productivity? What if other subcontractors are non-union? What if a millwright’s performance doesn’t meet my standards? Will the union try to manage my job? Seems like a different union approach. Why the change? Why should I trust the "new" UBC? What is the Customer Bill of Rights? What is a project agreement? Why are you using project agreements? What about special project requirements? Do I have access to training? What about specialty training? Do you only train at your training center? What about foreman and supervisor training? Why the push for training? This doesn’t sound like the union I know.
